What is the application fee?

The application fee is $10.00 per application

What is your pet policy?

We allow pets! The pet rent is $35.00 and the pet deposit is $400.00.

What type of deposit do you require?

The security deposit amount is the same as the rent amount.

How close are you to the U of O campus?

Very close! We are a 10-minute walk from both the University of Oregon campus as well as downtown Eugene.

How many different layouts do you have?

We offer six different layouts that should meet most any need. Click here for a complete list, along with floor plans and virtual tours.

Is furniture included?

Yes! All units come fully furnished.

Are utilities or WiFi included?

We charge a $50 flat fee per month for utilities. Fiber Optic WIFI is free. Tenants will pay for their unit electricity directly to the provider.

When is rent due?

The rental installments are due by the 1st of each month and considered late after the 5th.
